Methodology

Assess. Plan. Implement. Control.

A well-considered, structured framework built to meet all of your project needs — and to maximize the value of the engagement.

Engagement flow

One sequence, four phases.

The framework as it is run: assessment before planning, planning before implementation, and control that does not stop.

  1. Phase 01

    Assess

    1–2 weeks

We establish the real position before anyone proposes a remedy — and the report stands on its own whether or not you proceed.

  2. Phase 02

    Plan

    1–3 weeks

A plan your own team has approved and can defend — not a document that lives with the consultant.

  3. Phase 03

    Implement

Variable, according to the project schedule

Execution against the approved plan, with your team doing the work and our consultant holding the discipline.

  4. Phase 04

    Control

    Ongoing

The phase most programs skip. Risk, issues and change handled as routine, so surprises stay small.

Overview

Why it holds

APIC is deliberately sequential. Assessment precedes planning, planning precedes implementation, and control never ends. It is the reason a Radiant engagement leaves capability behind rather than dependency.
