Shailendra has spent more than 30 years in project and program management, 25 of them in healthcare and life sciences. He has managed a cumulative PPM portfolio of $200 million.

He led the PPM function at Computer Sciences Corporation across the Middle East, Africa and APAC, and served as delivery head for the healthcare provider and life sciences industry area. At Siemens Information Systems Limited he was program manager for Soarian Hospital Information System product engineering and delivery head of the transportation business unit.

Today he consults on project and program management, risk management and quality management for clients across healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, IT, automotive and transportation, using both traditional and Agile methodologies. He has mentored, coached and trained more than 1,200 project managers from organizations across diverse industries.

Mohan brings more than 30 years in quality management, built inside operating companies — SKF Bearings, Oman Trading, Ivega Corporation, Siemens and Collabera among them.

He consults, implements, audits and trains across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, OHSAS 18001, TQM and statistical techniques including Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, CMMI and PCMM, and works on Balanced Scorecard and KPI reporting. His consulting, training, audit and assessment work spans industries as varied as aeronautics, footwear manufacturing, IT, lift manufacturing and telecom.

Hemanth specialises in information security consulting and training, with more than nine years implementing ISMS and PIMS programs for clients.

His expertise spans ISO 27001, 13485, 14001, 9001, 31000 and 45001, OHSAS 18001, AS 9100D, CMMI-Dev v1.2, PCMM, TQM, GDPR, SOC 2 and PCI DSS. He has implemented processes and conducted audits in the healthcare domain, principally against ISO 13485, and has established process frameworks for organizations as part of ISO 9001, 13485, 27001 and AS 9100D implementations — then trained, coached and mentored the teams who run them.

On maturity, he has driven and implemented CMMI practices in both high-maturity (Level 4/5) and Level 3 organizations, participated as an Assessment Team Member in SCAMPI assessments, and led internal audits across business units. He has delivered training on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, AS 9100D and other process management topics.

He also developed a Compliance Bot Framework that automates the creation of customized policies and procedures from attributes based on HIPAA, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 rules.
